About Jessica:

Jessica Gutwein has been affiliated Traynor & Associates, Inc. since February 2022. Her attention is focused on appraisal assignments including commercial and industrial use properties, agricultural and development land, special use, and single and multi-family use properties.  She holds an Appraiser Trainee’s License in the State of Indiana and is looking to further her knowledge in the field by working toward getting her Certified General Appraiser license.
