About Taylor:

Taylor Magennis has been affiliated Traynor & Associates, Inc. since July of 2023. His attention is focused on appraisal assignments including commercial and industrial use properties, agricultural and development land, special use and multi-family use properties. He has completed appraisal work for various governmental agencies and third-party companies for eminent domain purposes. These assignments span the State of Indiana but have primarily been in the Core Based Statistical Area of Indianapolis and surrounding counties.  He now holds an Appraiser Trainee’s License in the State of Indiana. Taylor graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in both finance and real estate. Prior to joining Traynor & Associates, Taylor worked as Valuation Associate for Newmark’s Valuation and Advisory Group and was a Cryptologic Language Analyst for the United States Air Force.
