About Roseanne:

Roseanne is an Indiana Certified General Appraiser with a focus on appraisal assignments for commercial, office, retail, industrial use properties, agricultural and development land, special use and multi-family use properties. Experience includes appraising for various governmental agencies and third-party companies for eminent domain purposes. Appraisal assignments span the State of Indiana but have primarily been in the Nine County Metropolitan Statistical Area of Indianapolis and surrounding counties. Roseanne was named Vice President of Traynor & Associates, Inc. in January 2022.
