About Stephanie:

Stephanie Yott is a Licensed Residential Appraiser in the State of Indiana. She has been associated with Mr. Traynor since 1999. She has performed appraisal assignments of multi-family and single-family residential use properties, commercial and industrial use properties, agricultural use properties and special use properties.  These assignments span the State of Indiana but have primarily been in the Nine County Metropolitan Statistical Area of Indianapolis and surrounding counties. She has appraised properties for various governmental agencies and third-party companies for eminent domain purposes. Prior to her association with Mr. Traynor, Mrs. Yott worked in the assessing field with a mass assessment firm who then contracted Mrs. Yott out to Counties in the State of Indiana for training purposes as well as data collection purposes for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.  Mrs. Yott is a licensed broker and serves as a board member and president of the Hamilton County Property Tax Board of Appeals (PTBOA).
