About Stephen:

Stephen A. Traynor is an Indiana Certified General Appraiser and has been associated with Traynor & Associates, Inc. since July 2001. He has performed a variety of appraisal assignments for Traynor & Associates, Inc. including residential, land, office and commercial appraisals. He has primarily worked on right-of-way acquisition projects for the state, county and city governments, and other government entities. Prior to earning his appraisal license, he worked as a field office manager for Shiel Sexton Company, a large commercial construction company located in Indianapolis. He also has prior real estate sales experience.
