About Zora:

Zora L. Crabtree has been a State Certified General Appraiser in Indiana since 2007.  She has been associated with Traynor & Associates since April 2006.  Prior to joining Traynor & Associates, she was associated with Steven Graves Associates as a commercial real estate appraiser.  She has experience in appraisal assignments for easements and estates as well as special use properties, agricultural ground, apartments, single and multi-tenant office, commercial and industrial properties, subdivisions, development land and right-of-way.  She is an INDOT approved appraiser and review appraiser.  She has also been called as an expert witness in condemnation cases.  These assignments have primarily been in the ten county Core Based Statistical Area of Indianapolis and surrounding counties, however she has performed work throughout Indiana.
